Keeping cool during the dog days of summer isn’t always easy. We wear shorts and flip-flops (or go barefoot), we can go swimming or visit water parks. Eating ice cream and popsicles or drinking cold water only helps cool you off for so long – the heat is really hard to escape! Many people may just hibernate in front of the AC with all the fans on full blast and just wait until Fall!
Animals have a harder time keeping cool, especially, if they live outdoors. Some people set up fans or air conditioners in their barns to keep horses and cattle cool. The woman in this video decided to let her horses enjoy a refreshing spray of cool water on this 100-degree day.
